Luck may guide you, but your attitude decides your journey- Shivangi Verma

Mumbai: Actress Shivangi Verma who is known for her performance in shows like Tera Ishq Mera Fitoor and Choti Sarrdaarni and web series like Yeh Hai Sanak, believes that luck, hard work, and mindset are all connected in their own way. Talking about whether she believes in luck or only in effort, she says, “I feel luck is important, but effort and timing matter even more. You can be lucky once, but if you don’t work hard, that luck will not stay with you. So for me, hard work creates its own luck.”
Sharing her thoughts on manifestation and belief, Shivangi adds, “I truly believe that what you think, you slowly become. Sometimes logic says something else, but your heart and belief say something different. And many times, belief wins. Positive thinking gives you courage to keep going.”
When asked about mindset and destiny, the actress says, “Destiny opens a door, but mindset decides how far you will walk. If your thinking is weak, even good chances get wasted. A strong mindset can change many things in life.”

Shivangi also speaks about small habits and rituals that give her comfort. She says with a smile, “I don’t depend fully on lucky charms, but yes, I do small things that make me feel positive. Like before an important shoot or meeting, I eat a spoon of curd. It just gives me mental peace. And when your mind is calm, you perform better.”
Talking about creating one’s own good luck, she adds, “I feel people make their own luck with discipline, patience, and daily choices. Success doesn’t come in one day. It comes when you show up every day, even when it is hard.”
Recalling a moment that made her feel truly lucky, Shivangi says, “When I got my first big acting opportunity, I had no strong background or support. I was very scared but also grateful. That day, I felt life was kind to me. I felt lucky, blessed, and proud of myself for not giving up. She ends by saying, “Luck may guide you, but your attitude decides your journey.
