Prajakta Shukre’s composition ‘Ya Tum?’ gets Arijit Singh’s voice

Mumbai: Singer-Composer Prajakta Shukre is on a roll since she has come out of the Bigg Boss Marathi 6’s house. From wonder songs to beautiful compositions, she has been keeping up with the promise of entertaining everyone with her work. Now, the much loved singer turned composer has joined hands with one of the world’s finest singers, Arijit Singh for her new release ‘Ya Tum?’ Since this news of her collaboration with Arijit went viral, everyone has been eagerly waiting to hear this song, and finally the song is out for everyone to hum and relish this art coming straight out from India’s best voice. Ya Tum seems like an ode from a lover to his beloved and has a completely fresh feeling. Lyricist Manan Bharadwaj has given perfect emotions and words to the composition that Prajakta has made.
Speaking about Ya Tum, Shukre said, “Ya Tum is my dream project and it getting Arijit’s voice makes me feel fortunate as a composer. The entire team has given the best of their best in making this song. And what to speak of Arijit… He is a magician who always touches the heart and soul with his voice and singing. He has induced the exact emotions and feelings that we all have been wishing for. He is a dear friend, and I’m so glad that he loved the song and my composition and agreed to be a part of this project. We wanted to bring back the classic kinda music, which has been fading in recent times. I hope everyone listens to it and sends us their love, support and feedback… A special mention and thanks to my friend Manan who has written the lyrics so beautifully.
