Mumbai: People today seem to be adjusting their attention within 15 seconds. Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s comment about 1 Safa perfectly reflects what the film is trying to say. The actor praised the project’s emotional depth and its attempt to make audiences slow down and reflect at a time when life seems to be moving at an increasingly fast pace.
Filmmaker Shadab Siddiqui is set to present a story rooted in poetry and emotions with 1 Safa. Written and directed by Siddiqui, the film draws inspiration from the poetry of renowned Urdu poet Faiz Ahmed Faiz and stars Preeti Sood and Naseem Mughal.
Preeti Sood, known for her work in projects such as Aashram and Revolver Rani, features in the film alongside Naseem Mughal, who has been a part of projects including Army Men and Safed Sagar.

The film focuses on emotions and reflection, presenting a story that asks viewers to pause amid the fast pace of everyday life. Rather than relying heavily on action or spectacle, 1 Safa uses poetry and emotions to tell its story. The project was also showcased at the International Film Festival of Jammu and Kashmir.
