I don’t have a boyfriend because I’ve seen my parents’ separation” says Rhiti Tiwari
“I just want to earn money and support my mother” reveals Rhiti Tiwari
Mumbai: Rhiti Tiwari gets candid about her decision to keep relationships on the backseat and the experiences that have shaped the way she looks at love and independence. In a conversation with Kanika Mann, she reflects on what she has witnessed growing up and how those experiences have influenced the choices she makes for herself today. Rhiti also opens up about a past relationship that came from a friendship spanning two decades.
Talking about why she chooses to stay away from relationships, Rhiti says, “I have seen my mother struggle as a single parent, and maybe that has stayed with me. I have met men who are very controlling, and I don’t want to reach a point where someone has that much power over my life. I want to work, earn for myself and build my own identity. But I have loved someone. My best friend and I have known each other for 20 years, and I was in love with him. Unfortunately, it ended in heartbreak recently.”To catch more candid conversations and revelations, tune in to Bigg Buzz, streaming every Sunday on JioHotstar.
