Mumbai: From encounter specialist to accused, Amit Sadh finds himself on the other side of the law in PRATAP, with the trailer set to release on October 26 and the film arriving in theatres on November 20.
The makers of PRATAP, starring Amit Sadh, have unveiled the film’s motion poster, offering a glimpse into a gripping thriller centred around a decorated encounter specialist whose life takes an unexpected turn.
The motion poster opens with a series of newspaper headlines hinting at a dismissed police officer, an NIA investigation, a high-profile bomb scare case and a possible connection to an influential industrialist. As the headlines build intrigue, the focus shifts to Amit Sadh, seen behind bars, raising questions about what led a once-celebrated cop to find himself on the other side of the law.
With the striking question, “What Happens When the Cop Becomes the Target?” the motion poster sets the tone for a story where the lines between justice, power and betrayal appear increasingly blurred. The trailer is expected to offer audiences a closer look at the film’s gripping narrative, its central conflict and the circumstances that place its protagonist under scrutiny.
Written and directed by Sachin Saraf, PRATAP follows the journey of a decorated encounter specialist who finds himself caught in circumstances that challenge everything he once stood for. The film also stars Esha Deol, Seema Biswas and Tigmanshu Dhulia.
Produced by Pradeep Rangwani and UV Films, PRATAP is slated for a theatrical release on November 20, 2026. With its intriguing premise, suspenseful motion poster and trailer announcement, the film has set the stage for a thriller driven by shifting loyalties, high-stakes drama and unanswered questions.
