Rinhee Suberwal on Energy Protection: “Negative energies do not like healers because we interfere with karma”
Mumbai: Rinhee Suberwal, a distinguished astrologer, healer, choreographer, and tarot card reader, has built a multifaceted career across spiritual and creative disciplines. With years of experience working closely with people’s emotions, trauma, and karmic patterns, she strongly emphasizes the importance of energy protection for healers in today’s times.
Explaining why safeguarding one’s aura is crucial, Rinhee says, “Energy protection is very important in the Latter Day of the Law, which essentially means Kalyug as per Nichiren Buddhism. As healers, we are supposed to protect our aura and seal our energies as much as possible, but leakages or damage occur because we interfere with somebody else’s karma.”
She adds that healers often attract resistance from unseen forces. “We try to lessen the karmic retribution of an individual, and that is why negative energies do not like healers and astrologers. They question why we are interfering in their work. Spiritually elevated people understand this, but those who are not may insult the healer or try to damage their reputation. Once that connection is broken, negative energies can attack with much stronger force. That is why we must always be on guard,” she explains.
Talking about grounding and daily cleansing practices, Rinhee highlights simple yet powerful methods. “Grounding is required because you engage with a lot of negative energy. Walking barefoot on grass, hugging a tree, swimming, dancing, and meditating help elevate our energies so that we can interact with people fairly,” she says.
She also shares her personal routine after healing sessions. “We change our clothes after healing and take a bath. Spiritual bathing is different, where you use specific herbs to cleanse your system,” Rinhee notes.
For Rinhee, boundaries are non-negotiable. “Healers are supposed to draw boundaries no matter what. People forget that healers are human beings doing a divine job. There has to be an energy exchange, especially in terms of money, because money is the only factor through which karma gets crossed and cut. It is hard-earned energy,” she states.
