Satyaa Sachee Actress Aanandita Sahoo Reveals How She Stays Cool During Hot Weather

Mumbai: As the temperature continues to rise and the days become hotter, it becomes important to take a little extra care of our health and daily routine. From staying hydrated to choosing the right kind of food, small habits can make a big difference during this season. Aanandita Sahoo, who plays Satyaa in Satyaa Sachee on Sun Neo, shares how she manages to stay fresh and hydrated during the changing weather.
Talking about how she stays hydrated and healthy during the hot weather, Aanandita said, “The weather is getting very hot these days, so I try to take extra care of my health. During this season, I prefer eating light and cooling foods like fruits, curd, and salads because they help the body stay fresh. I also try to eat a little less than usual so that my body feels light and comfortable in the heat. At the same time, I make sure to drink a lot of water, coconut water, and fresh juices throughout the day to stay hydrated.”

She further added, “Since we shoot for long hours on the sets of Satyaa Sachee, it becomes even more important to manage the heat properly. I always keep a water bottle with me and try to sip water regularly between shots. Whenever I get a break, I like to have fruits or something refreshing to keep my energy up. Simple habits like these really help me stay active and comfortable while shooting, even when the weather outside is very hot.”
