Some are yet to come, many roads in Kolkata have become one-way since morning. No cars can be parked in Victoria Memorial, AJC Bose Road (Hastings Crossing to Cathedral Road), Queensway, Lovers Lane, Casuarina Avenue area. There is no parking zone. The central procession will leave from 11 places. Eight big screens have been installed across the city.
