Paparazzi Entertainment’s Peekaboo trailer is out now, expect chills and jump scares

Mumbai: Ajinkya Jadhav’s Paparazzi Entertainment has been creating engaging and interesting content using AI. They have now made India’s first AI-powered horror film, titled Peekaboo. The teaser of the film was spooky, and the trailer is definitely bone-chilling and haunting.
The trailer for Peekaboo opens in escalated panic — a man running through darkness, breath tearing through him, the jungle giving way to a lonely hill-station hostel. As he reaches a corridor, the sound of bones cracking eerily stops him cold. A little girl in a school uniform stands before him, her presence unnatural, terrifying. He cannot move. He cannot scream.
A black crow watches from the spire of a church, its eyes glowing red, as if summoned. It takes flight, cutting through the night toward the hostel. The girl tilts her head. The crow shatters the window glass and plunges its beak into the man’s neck. Blood floods the frame.
The tone shifts to a graveyard, where a man explains to a young girl that those buried here pass through a secret door to reach God. Her quiet question — can they also come back from the same door? — lands like a curse.

What follows is a spiral of dread: accusations of murder surface; a tantrik conducting a dark ritual alongside other participants screams, “If she ever awakens, she will be unstoppable.” A statue of Mother Mary weeps tears of blood. And in a dark room a mother senses another presence. Her daughter refuses to name her unseen friend and an entity’s ghostly hand brutally drags the mother under the bed.
A chilling lullaby weaves through the trailer, its haunting melody amplifying the dread and sending a cold shiver down the spine.
The Peekaboo trailer doesn’t just promise scares — it traps you inside a nightmare where innocence, guilt, and the past collide, and makes it clear that when some games are left unfinished, karma finds a way to complete them.

Peekaboo has been produced by Ajinkya Jadhav, written, designed, and directed by Dr Sammeer Arora, created by Anuj Kumar, and presented by Paparazzi Entertainment Company. It is set to release in May.
