INDIA’S FUNNIEST PEOPLE ARE HEADED TO NETFLIX! AN EXCITING COMEDY LINE-UP AWAITS YOU THIS SEASON

From blockbuster comedies and stand-up specials to unscripted chaos and fan-favourite shows, Netflix is celebrating ‘Har Type Ka Funny’ (comedy in every form) this season. When it comes to laughter, nobody does it quite like Netflix!

Mumbai: This season, Netflix is serving up laughs in more ways than one, bringing together some of the most loved names on the Indian comedy scene.
Comedy has a way of finding its audience. The best comedy doesn’t just make you laugh in the moment — it gives people something to share, quote, recreate and talk about long after the credits roll, and Netflix’s expanding slate reflects just how many different shapes that laughter can take.
Whatever your sense of humour, Netflix has ‘Har Type Ka Funny’ covered. The comedy celebration season kicks off with the mega adventure-comedy franchise film Dhamaal 4, followed by quirky family entertainer Chumbak, from the makers of Khichdi and Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Zakir Khan’s endearing stand-up special Papa Yaar brings a heartfelt comedic look at the unspoken, complex dynamics between Indian fathers and their sons, while The Great Indian Kapil Show returns for Season 5 with another round of the country’s family-favourite mix of warmth, chaos and laughter. We’re also welcoming fresh voices alongside returning favorites: Bhuvan Bam’s Dhindora is back for a second season, and comedian Sumukhi Suresh joins Netflix, bringing their unique voices and humour to audiences soon. Rounding out the lineup, more of Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent is on the way, including its recently released Netflix-exclusive episode featuring Varun Dhawan.
