Mumbai: Ashish Raghava has impressed viewers with his work in The Pyramid Scheme, but when it comes to looking back at his career, he doesn’t measure it through one successful project or one unforgettable day on set. Instead, the actor believes every assignment has added something valuable to his journey.Asked if any project had taught him something new about himself as an actor, his response wasn’t about a particular role or a dramatic incident during a shoot. For him, the answer lies in everything that happens before and during filming.
“When I talk about the most memorable moments in my journey as an actor, I honestly cannot limit them to a few specific instances. For me, it’s never about the isolated moments. It’s about the entire journey.”
What excites Ashish the most is the process. He loves every step of the process, whether it’s the very first conversations around the script, trading ideas with the director or discovering new approaches to a scene.
“Every project becomes memorable in its own way. From the way we sit together and work on the script, to how we break down scenes, discuss ideas and explore different interpretations. Each step adds to that experience, and then finally seeing it all come alive on camera while we are shooting makes the entire process even more special.”
The actor feels those experiences stay with him much longer than any single scene or achievement. Every set, every team and every story leaves behind something different, which is why he finds it difficult to separate one project from another.
“So for me, it’s the whole journey that stays with me, not just certain things or certain moments.”
