Nidarshana Gowani’s seva initiative in Shridham Vrindavan; Yamuna Marjaan, Free Anemia Tests, Social Media Detox
Mumbai: Entrepreneur, philanthropist and a social worker, Nidarshana Gowani under Kamala Trust has been running several social service programs and initiatives all across India. She is also the first female Vice President of Bharat Vikas Parishad, leading several campaigns of change and service. Giving her mood of service an utmost spiritual turn, Nidarshana Gowani has taken up the most important seva of cleaning in Shridham Vrindavan. To keep the glory of Lord Krishna’s favourite Yamuna, she along with a Saints of Braj and some celebrities she conducted a Yamuna Clean-up drive today.
Popular and revered Saints of Braj like Shri Devkinandan Thakur Ji Maharaj, Shri Aniruddhacharya Maharaj Ji, Shri Swami Ram Ji Maharaj Ji, Shri Pandit Jay Prakash Ji Maharaj, Shri Chitra Vichitra Ji Maharaj, Shri Dasrath Maharaj Ji, Shri Jogender Singh Ji, Shri Ajay Kishor Goswami Ji, Shri Bhakt Bhagwat Ji and Shri Harinam Das Ji graced this pious occasion. Along with them present were actors Neha Dhupia, Vishal Jethwa; motivational speaker Vivek Bindra; spiritual influencer Aarti Khetrapal; and social worker Ravi Yadav.
On the banks of Yamuna as they conducted the clean-up drive, Kamala Trust also organised a free Anemia check-up drive for women. An interesting initiative to this seva was their idea of social media detox for a few hours as everyone was engrossed in the cleaning programme.
Speaking of this, Nidarshana Gowani said, “Vrindavan is the land of Shri Radha Krishna, it holds a huge spiritual significance in the world. I feel blessed and grateful to have gotten a small chance to do some service in this pious land. With so many saints gracing this occasion, we feel elated. This is just a small start, we have many other programmes planned in order to serve the Braj bhoomi. I thank everyone who came along and supported our initiative. Special thanks to all the sadhus, celebrities and influencers to have joined us in this service. Not just one day, but as much as we can, we should do a little marjaan seva especially when in a dham.”
