Sandeepa Dhar Calls ‘Chumbak’ the Perfect Start to Her Comedy Journey, Credits Atish and JD’s Unique Humour

Mumbai: Actress Sandeepa Dhar is set to showcase a new side of her talent with her upcoming web series Chumbak, marking her first step into the world of comedy. She believes that her debut in the genre has come with exactly the kind of humour she has always wanted to be associated with.
Speaking about her experience, Sandeepa said, “It’s absolutely true that I have never done out-and-out comedy before, especially not this kind of comedy. However, I had always felt that if I were to do comedy, it had to be the kind of comedy that Atish and JD create, and I feel incredibly fortunate that I got exactly that.”
For Sandeepa, Chumbak is not just an opportunity to explore a new genre but also a chance to understand and present comedy in a fresh and distinctive way. She is thrilled to have been given the opportunity to be a part of the show.

Personally, if I talk about Atish and JD sir, I have always loved their previous shows as an audience member. Especially as a millennial, I was looking forward to watching something like this myself.
