Veer Pahariya Seeks Blessings at Kamakhya Temple Ahead of Prem Keetanu Release

Mumbai: Actor Veer Pahariya recently visited the revered Kamakhya Temple in Assam, seeking blessings ahead of the release of his upcoming film Prem Keetanu. Sharing a glimpse of his spiritual visit on social media, the actor posted a picture from the temple premises with the caption, “Jai Jai Maa KAMAKHYA,” accompanied by devotional emojis.
Dressed in a traditional blue kurta paired with a vibrant red and gold stole, Veer was seen offering prayers at the temple. The serene yet powerful moment comes at a significant time for the actor as he gears up for the release of his next big-screen outing.
Prem Keetanu, directed by Apoorv Singh Karki, stars Veer Pahariya alongside Aparshakti Khurana, Aafiya Sayed, Rakesh Bedi and Nikhil Vijay. The film follows a group of young men as they navigate college life, friendship, love, aspirations and heartbreak.
The film is slated to hit theatres worldwide on October 2, 2026, coinciding with Gandhi Jayanti. It is also the first production under producer Gaurav Verma’s banner, Avanika Films.
Veer, who made his acting debut with Sky Force, is now looking forward to exploring a different space with Prem Keetanu. With the film’s promotional campaign already underway and songs such as “Tu Mera Raiyyo” making their way to audiences, anticipation around the upcoming romantic comedy continues to build.
