Siddhanth Kapoor Pushes Boundaries in Upcoming Bollywood Film Human Cocaine, Plays a Dark Crossdressing Character Shot in the UK

Mumbai : Actor Siddhanth Kapoor, known for his versatile performances and unconventional choices, is all set to surprise audiences in his upcoming Bollywood film Human Cocaine — a gripping psychological drama where he steps into one of the darkest and most complex roles of his career.
Opening up about the project, Siddhanth revealed that his character in Human Cocaine is unlike anything he has portrayed before. “It’s a dark, emotionally layered role — something I haven’t done in my films in the past,” he shared. What makes it even more intriguing is that Siddhanth plays a crossdresser, a transformation that challenged him both physically and mentally.
“It took me almost two hours every day to get into the look,” Siddhanth admitted, describing the meticulous process of makeup, costumes, and the emotional preparation that went into embodying this character. “I had to completely detach from myself and step into a different psyche. It wasn’t easy, but that’s what made it so fulfilling as an actor.

The film, which has been extensively shot in the UK, explores the blurred lines between identity, obsession, and survival — themes that promise to take viewers on an intense cinematic journey.
Siddhanth, who has previously impressed audiences in films like Shootout at Wadala and Haseena Parkar, sees Human Cocaine as a best film in his career. “As an artist, you grow only when you take risks,” he said. “This film demanded vulnerability, courage, and a complete surrender to the character.”
With its daring subject, international backdrop, and Siddhanth’s fearless performance, Human Cocaine is already generating strong curiosity in Bollywood circles.
If early buzz is anything to go by, Siddhanth Kapoor’s Human Cocaine might just redefine how Hindi cinema approaches the darker, more unspoken sides of human emotion.
