Choosing peace over pressure and authenticity over constant validation: Rhythm Sanadhya

Mumbai: Rhythm Sanadhya, who is a popular song director and has worked with singers and artists like Shahid Mallya, Jubin Nautiyal, and Asees Kaur, among others, and recently directed Har Safar Mein from Kapil Sharma’s movie Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, has entered the year 2026 with focus and clear intentions.
She said, “As I step into the new year,
I want to be more intentional with my energy: choosing peace over pressure and authenticity over constant validation. This year it’s all about staying true to myself and protecting my space from anything that feels negative or seems like it’s feeding on my energy.”
“I don’t want to fit in a particular mold just to make others happy; instead, I will show up as my authentic self and get accepted for what and who I am,” she added.
For her, personal growth in 2026 means listening more to herself, her inner voice, and her body. She added, “It’s about nurturing relationships that feel safe and honest and learning to pause. I want my energy to go into things that are meaningful, and the connections are natural and honest.”

Rhythm also plans to travel a lot this year with an added motive. She said, “I am going to observe different walks of life and people. I want to listen to their stories and understand their experiences without judgments. I hope to learn from them and use that in my own personal life.”
This year, it’s also about staying grounded. She said, “I’m committing to small, non-negotiable rituals—quiet early mornings, moments of reflection, spiritual grounding, and time away from screens and expectations. No matter how busy life gets.”
“Above anything I am committed to myself to have a little ‘me time’ every day to stay consistent with my health and brain exercises and have free-flowing creative thoughts. Also practice gratitude and thank the universe for its blessings,” she ended.
