Lukkhe Trailer Drops with a Bang!
Mumbai: The trailer of Lukkhe has been unveiled, offering a glimpse into the upcoming fictional musical action drama that explores themes of rap, revenge and redemption. Headlined by Raashii Khanna and King – who is making his acting debut – the series is set to premiere on May 8 on Prime Video.
Set in Punjab, Lukkhe follows Lucky, a sportsman, and Sanober, a musician, whose romance gets entangled in conflicts involving police officer Gurbani and rising rapper MC Badnaam. Their lives are pushed towards difficult choices that could impact everything they hold close.
The trailer introduces viewers to MC Badnaam, played by King, as he navigates the rap scene while dealing with his rivalry with MC OG, portrayed by Shivankit Parihar. It also previews a romantic storyline between Lucky, played by Lakshvir Singh Saran, and Sanober, played by Palak Tiwari.
The story follows the intersection of music, crime and personal relationships as tensions rise and the characters navigate revenge and redemption. The trailer also highlights the showтАЩs soundtrack, featuring a mix of rap tracks and emotional melodies.
Directed by Himank Gaur, the eight-episode series is produced by Vipul D Shah and Rajesh Bahl under Optimystix Entertainment and White Guerrilla LLP. It has been created and executive produced by Agrim Joshi and Debojit Das Purkayastha.
Apart from Raashii Khanna, King, Palak Tiwari and Lakshvir Singh Saran, the series also features Nakul Roshan Sahdev, Kritika Bharadwaj, Yograj Singh and Ayesha Raza Mishra in key roles.
