Rasika Dugal starts shooting for Mirzapur Season 3!

Mumbai: Powerhouse performer Rasika Dugal has received immense love for her portrayal of Beena Tripathi in both the seasons of Mirzapur, she is now all set to reprise her role for the third season. Not long ago, the versatile powerhouse posted a video on her Instagram handle informing the netizens that she has started the prep for the series that commands a cult following. Rasika says, “I’m looking forward to reuniting with the cast and I’m delighted that Gurmeet is directing us in this season too. It’s reassuring to have a director who knows the characters and the world of the story in and out. Divvyendu and Kul Ji will be missed!” For the two seasons of the said series, Dugal walked away with praises for embodying the role of a woman from a small-town with the power to change the course of events in the series. Her powerful dialogues and the clever way in which she navigates the male-dominated fiefdom in the series makes her one of its most memorable characters. Mirzapur Season 3 also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Ali Fazal, Shweta Tripathi, Vijay Verma and Isha Talwar, is backed by the Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s production house, Excel Entertainment. Rasika’s upcoming projects include Adhura, Spike, Delhi Crime Season 2, Lord Curzon Ki Haveli and Fairy Folk.
