Kolkata: Rusa Banerjee, a seasoned marketing professional with over 17 years of experience in the media industry, announced her promotion via a LinkedIn update. “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as ZEE5 Business Head Bangla at ZEE5,” she shared. Banerjee has been an integral part of ZEE5 for over five years, most recently serving as Associate Director. Her journey through the media landscape spans various roles across television, OTT, radio, and print. She brings deep expertise in areas including brand launches, consumer insights, strategy and planning, media partnerships, digital marketing, and integrated campaign management.
Throughout her career, Banerjee has held key roles at reputed organisations. She previously worked at Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. as Marketing Manager, at ABP as Assistant Manager – Corporate Strategy and Marketing Solutions, and at 92.7 BIG FM as Senior Executive – Brand Promotion.
