Mumbai: Tarot card reader and healer Aarti Kakkar shares that affirmations are much more than simply repeating positive words. She explains when affirmations are repeated, they become a reality. Our subconscious mind absorbs what we consistently tell ourselves, and over time those repeated thoughts begin to form our internal reality. When we speak affirmations regularly, we slowly replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones, allowing our mindset to shift toward confidence, hope, and possibility.”
She mentioned that affirmations work on a deeper level as well. She said, “Every thought and every word carries a certain energy and vibration. When we repeat affirmations, we are not only influencing our subconscious mind, but we are also sending a signal through our energy. In many spiritual teachings, it is believed that the universe is constantly responding to the energy we hold within us.”
