Celebs wish Ishika Shahi on her birthday

Mumbai: Ishika Shahi, daughter of producer Rajan Shahi and an emerging creative force at Directors Kut Production YouTube, creator of shows like Heer Sharma Gayi and Jabb Zodiacs Met, is turning a year older on May 27. Some of the industry’s most familiar faces have shared heartfelt wishes for her. What came through in every message was not just affection, but a genuine admiration for a young woman who has clearly left her mark on everyone she has worked with.
Rohit Purohit: I’ve known Ishika for almost three years, and she’s a very hard-working girl, very professional, and so talented. She is a very, very humble girl, so down-to-earth and so respectful. She’s Rajan sir’s daughter, and there’s a thing when a producer’s daughter comes on set — ‘Okay, she might have some attitude’ — but not at all. She is the hardest-working person in the room. Once she came on set and said she was leaving for Mudh because animal cruelty was happening somewhere there. Working so hard, shooting the entire day, and after that, travelling from Film City to Mudh during peak traffic hours just because an animal was abused somewhere shows her character and her kindness. So much to learn from her at such a young age.
Samridhii Shukla: I’m a fan of Ishika. When I first met her, it didn’t seem like I met her for the first time. She was a thorough professional yet very much at ease and aware of what she wants. I see Directors Kut Production going to new heights after Ishika’s inputs and her directorial assistance. She’s brought a team of passionate and dynamic young writers.
