You have to be very open to receiving messages from spirit guides because they are brutally honest: Psychic and healer Sharmila Cirvante

Mumbai: Psychic, spiritual healer, automatic writer, and spirit guide communicator, Sharmila Cirvante, started receiving messages from her spirit guides since her 20s. When asked how her journey as a spirit guide communicator started, she shared, “As recent as 5 years back, I would receive messages or downloads for other people – friends, or even people I’d randomly meet. The messages were always accurate.”
“Then one day, a healer friend from Dubai, for whom I would get messages and which proved correct, called to say she’d referred me to a friend of hers who needed guidance. That’s when it struck me that I could offer spirit guide communication as a service as it would benefit a lot of people, especially the ones who were intimidated by automatic writing,” she added.
She begins every session with a specific spiritual and protection ritual. Though she records these sessions, she prefers to write down the answers from the spirit guides. She said, “I begin the session with a prayer and a small protection ritual for the client’s aura and energies. After that, I call upon the client’s spirit guides to come and speak to us through me. The strange thing is that in automatic writing, I speak and record the session, but with spirit guides, I feel naturally inclined to write down their answers to the client’s questions.”
“I also record the session, as I don’t remember much of what transpired. This way, the client can always refer to it when they want. I can see and describe the guides – their stature, facial description, clothes, and even what their voice sounds like. Some guides choose not to reveal themselves, and I respect that too,” she added.
The messages from a client’s spirit guides are practical, emotional, and spiritual in nature. She said, “They’re always encouraging. You have to be very open to receiving their messages because they are brutally honest, and I, as the medium, do not filter or censor any information.”
Sharmila, however, mentioned that she has encountered scepticism from clients. Asked how she addresses them, she said, “I make it very clear that if they do not trust the process, they should not waste their time or mine. I am here to help, heal, and guide, not prove the validity of the process. All spiritual processes only work on trust. I have seen cases where the guides or the souls refuse to appear if there is any trace of scepticism.”
She believes that to become a spirit guide communicator one needs a lot of inner work and rewiring. She said, “You also have to be mentally strong to connect with forces that are beyond you. Remember, you are opening a portal to another realm, so you have to be absolutely sure of who is walking in. You must have the physical and mental presence and strength to hold and control the interactions.”
A life-changing message she’s received through this practice? “My guides speak to me all the time. I think every message is life-changing because what may seem like the smallest of advice has the potential to create big shifts beyond imagination,” Sharmila ended.
